Jakarta…Ouch!

Jakarta nowadays is more or less like sodom and gomora.. i mean, people who lives in Jakarta must be facing high tension everyday. I dont think i’ll be able to live for a long time in a city like Jakarta. Too much polution - too much traffic jam! Speaking of quality of life, hell no you wont get it in Jakarta specially for common people. Well yeah, rich people might think that they dont have any problem like most of us, common people. It doesnt mean that i hate them, but please can they just be wise enough for not buying car not more than two cars and then they only use it for 2 people in one car. (sometime, give yourself a break, use public transportation, there’sTransJakarta, hello?!…or maybe they’re just too lazy or their make up will rotten or their body will smeell like shit if they get onto public transportation)
People will say ‘ i dont mind to use public transportation but is there any safety guarantee if i use it? ‘ Indeed, the next Jakarta’s Governor have to think about it. Though i dont know the exact number of citizen in Jakarta but i believe it’s more than 10 million. Bandung have 7 million citizen. Can you imagine how many pollution came out range from cars if one family have 4 cars and they use all of it everyday??
Jakarta offers a lot of great deals, if you’re person who has high-prestige-life style, you’ll love jakarta. But wait til 2010 and you couldnt even drive your car more than 20 meter from your home or your apartment!! There was a time where a lot of people held a protest against Trans Jakarta back in early 00. What a stupid action. It is medium to high class society (although not all) who dont agree with it cause they have to make a U-turn to get onto their destination and it’s make them late to go for their appointment ( while they’re sitting in air-con space). They shall count their blessing more i would say.
My family has a car, but i never mind to use public transportation. It is true that you’ve to watch yourself cause bad guys also everywhere including in bus station or in the bus. But Alas, as long you dont wear any bling bling or not showing your expensive cellphone, you’ll be fine.But dont be merciless as well, keep your bag carefully!
Life’s harder nowadays, dont let toxic get into you or to other (people on the street), start to use your car wisely. If you want to hang out, better if you use one car with few friends inside than you bring your own car by your own…
PLUS, if you’re normal enough, dont put trash away while you’re driving. Provide small trash bin in your car…
DO this, and the world will be gratefull for you.. and keep these in your mind that global warming has start………
